Morley Glass and Glazing is in the running to be crowned Integral Blind Company of the Year at the annual National Fenestration Awards.
The business is up against two other companies in the category, and while the competition is strong Morley feels confident thanks to its commitment to customer service, 10 -day lead time for sealed units with integral blinds inside, as well as continued year-on-year growth.
Over the last 12 months, the business has hit a million metres of glass milestone with Saint-Gobain Glass, enjoyed a successful outing at the 2019 FIT Show and reported an annual growth in turnover of 22%, all while continuing to offer an industry-leading lead-time of 10 days from 11am any Friday, delivering nationwide and regularly manufacturing over 2500 blinds per week.
Ian Short, managing director of Morley Glass & Glazing, says: “The National Fenestration Awards organisers are very passionate about celebrating as many of the fantastic achievements in fenestration as possible, as well as getting everyone involved from every area of the industry. The awards are a fantastic way to shine a spotlight on the best our industry has to offer and we’re proud to be a part of that.
“2019 has seen us continue to build on the foundations we’ve established over recent years, but we haven’t been resting on our laurels, as proven by our continued growth. We can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve got in store for 2020, but in the meantime winning the Integral Blinds Company category at the NFAs would be a perfect way to reflect our future ambitions.”
Launched in 2013, the open platform National Fenestration Awards are run and decided completely by the participation of the industry. Instead of judges and panels, winners are chosen by the public. In fact, everyone is welcome to register on the site and make their voices heard before voting closes on Friday 4 October.
