Just to say thank you so much for all your help with mending my blind. I am delighted to say that it was fixed yesterday and now means that I can use my bathroom properly.
Id like to mention that I am particularly impressed with your customer service. Your response to sending something in the post at the start was a speedy way of resolving the problem and the engineer who came yesterday turned up as booked and was extremely polite and helpful. As a result I will be highly recommending your products.

Ian from Morley Glass came round today and not only did he fix the blind which had jammed he checked all the other blinds, replacing and servicing the cord mechanisms as necessary. It is rare these days for service to exceed expectations but Ian certainly managed that, please pass our thanks on.

We're not certain as to the reasons for the poor service, but our daughter and son-in-law were less than happy with them.

We have in the past purchased integral blinds in cassette format from leading I G Component suppliers; however we have found this to be a costly and time-consuming option. Purchasing integral blinds this way has meant that we have had no guidance on manufacture or installation and that subsequent problems have left us with no back-up from the supplier.
Because of this we decided to purchase our integral blinds as a complete encapsulated unit and after looking at available products on the market we decided to purchase from Morley Glass & Glazing Ltd. This has meant that we have totally eradicated any manufacturing issues and we have the peace of mind of knowing that their UniBlind product is fully guaranteed for five years. A deciding factor in our decision was that we also have the support of their highly experienced Service Engineer should we need advice or a site visit after installation.
