In October I requested a brochure from yourselves, its was despatched promptly! I contacted my local dealer at Britannic Frames who came and measured my door for integrated blind glass. I found they were using another supplier who had a 6 wk lead-in! I suggested they order my glass from you, which they did. You lead in time was as you promised. Finally they are fitted. It is absolutely perfect as regards letting more light into bungalow. Thank you!! Kind regards

Ian from Morley Glass came round today and not only did he fix the blind which had jammed he checked all the other blinds, replacing and servicing the cord mechanisms as necessary. It is rare these days for service to exceed expectations but Ian certainly managed that, please pass our thanks on.

Just a quick note to say how good and pleasant your engineer was that you sent to fix our internal window blind. He turned up early fixed the problem, made sure all the other blinds were ok and gave us some instructions on how to use them.

Very pleased with the integral blinds for our folding doors
We have had Morley blinds in our folding doors for about 8 years. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them. The follow up service from Morley blinds has been excellent. When we have had any issue with the blinds, Gavin, their engineer, has been out and has fixed the problem quickly.

The Morley Glass Technician came over and fixed our windows, I say windows as the day before he arrived the middle window decided to also stop working as well.
The Morely Glass Technician fixed the issue in about 10 minutes and also explained why it happened. Very nice gentlemen he was.
He also checked the argon gas status of the window and replaced the longer cords we had with shorter ones due to Health and Safety concerns.
Overall an excellent service and very impressed with the result. Thank you once again for helping us with this issue.

The products arrived exactly as you said - within 24 hours and they are perfect. Our daughter particularly liked the idea of the shorter tensioner cords, which will prevent any issues with children around!
The company they bought the doors from and who seemed unable, or unwilling to help with the lost controllers was a company called: (name withheld)
We're not certain as to the reasons for the poor service, but our daughter and son-in-law were less than happy with them.
