By now, you probably know what we do at Morley Glass & Glazing – we manufacture Uni-Blind sealed units with ScreenLine integral blinds inside. But now we think it’s time to tell you a bit more about who we are, what matters to us, and some of the things we find most fascinating about the glass industry. So, without further ado, let us take you through part one of the A – Z of Morley Glass & Glazing.
Accessories and Spares
We stock the biggest range of ScreenLine® accessories and spare parts in the UK. If you need a part for our Uni-Blinds® or any ScreenLine® integral blind system, we’ll make sure you have it within 24 hours if we have it in stock.
Blinds
Integral blinds for bifold doors are perfect for controlling room temperature, maintaining privacy, protecting your furniture from fading and adding a stylish finishing touch to your room.
Control Systems
There are several different control options available and it is really down to your preference, with fully automated and motorised options to choose from.
Delivery
Our liveried 17-strong Renault Trucks exclusive fleet provide free delivery to our customers across mainland Britain. We also enjoy the support of a 3.5 tonne Masters panel van, two 135.35 panel vans and our 130.35 drop-side with tilt-frame body.
Energy Efficient
The thermal insulation provided by low-E double glazing is three times more efficient than that of standard double glazing, meaning less energy is needed to heat the home. Our range of products allows us to tailor your energy efficient glazing solution to your home.
Factory
Last year we invested more than £1m moving to a 40,000 sq ft factory and office space, doubling our production capacity, tripling our footprint and creating eight new jobs.
Growth
This year, we achieved 30% year-on-year growth as demand continues to increase for our Uni-Blind® sealed units with ScreenLine® blinds inside, and we fully expect this growth to continue!
Hygienic
Because integral blinds are fitted inside the sealed unit they are well protected from dust and dirt. In addition, the external magnetic sliders are treated with the Sanitized® patented antibacterial finish.
Italian Design
Screenline blind systems are manufactured in Codogno, Northern Italy by Pellini Spa. Pellini and Morley Glass work well together as we share the ethos of design excellence combined with outstanding product quality.
