Dear Ian, I cannot thank you enough for sending new magnet fittings for my problem Screenline blinds. I have replaced the defective parts with your new parts and they work perfectly.
I am impressed by your customer service, quite a rare thing these days! I noticed the fittings you sent me have been redesigned slightly, and are a massive improvement, presumably other people had the same issues as I did? Once again, thank you so much for great customer service, it is much appreciated.
