The products arrived exactly as you said – within 24 hours and they are perfect. Our daughter particularly liked the idea of the shorter tensioner cords, which will prevent any issues with children around! The company they bought the doors from and who seemed unable, or unwilling to help with the lost controllers was a company called: (name withheld)
We’re not certain as to the reasons for the poor service, but our daughter and son-in-law were less than happy with them. If we ever hear of friends, or relations needing glazing like this, rest assured we would certainly recommend you and your company – first class!
