We would like to express our grateful thanks for providing the new mechanisms for our Screenline Blinds. When we came to buy the house, we were very impressed by the appearance of the blinds which are fitted on every window and the Patio Doors. Having moved in we were sad to realise that operation of the blinds left a lot to be desired and work was urgently required. Following the visit by your Engineer, Matt Pendleton and the amazing work he did, all the blinds are now fully operational again and certainly restore our faith in this system. Due to age and loss of dexterity I would not have been able to carry out this work myself so we very much appreciate your kind action. In these difficult present times this is a wonderful example of Customer Service.
